We are a relatively new organisation but we are composed of personnel whose knowledge spans the period from the Kyoto conference of 2005 and we make sure that we are always abreast of developments in Renewables technology and government actions which may impact on the country and on prospective individual clients alike.

We are not simply another sales organisation intent on putting pushy salespeople in your premises with the intent of trying to convince you to
‘buy now while stocks last’

As our name indicates, we are a Consultancy that is able to give you unbiased and professional advice along your path of making decisions about whether you should get involved in the ‘Renewables Revolution’; and, if you do decide in your own time to do so, which particular route is best suited to your individual need.

We work in association with well vetted and trusted installation companies who have gone through the accreditations processes of organisations such as:-

The Services we provide are geared to your particular needs

Any process with us will normally begin with an outline telephone conversation and provided your needs and your property location fall within the parameters with which we deal, we will arrange for one of our surveyors to conduct an initial online survey of your property. Doing this saves time so that when we visit you, we can focus on the additional things that cannot be done efficiently online.

Yes, before you make any firm decisions, we will visit your property and we are very proud of the fact we do that rather than giving you an online or telephone ‘quote’ which can be misleading in due course. One thing you should understand is that no two properties are identical in terms of requirements or what can actually be installed; and the last thing we want to do is mislead you into thinking that there is a ‘one size fits all’ in this field.

So we will not suggest a ‘door-opening’ price to you on the telephone, only for you to discover that the real cost would be somewhat higher.

The surveyor will discuss matters with you in greater detail; answer any questions that you will have at that time; take a variety of measurements and sightings (such as shading effects of obstacles like trees and neighbouring buildings) together with photographs. They will do a number of calculations after which you will receive a report that will demonstrate how things would work if you had any recommended systems installed.

If you decided to proceed using our recommendations, we would then involve one of the companies on our Supply, Install and Commissioning Panel and we would monitor the work from start to completion. The Installation Manager and Project Managers make sure that your roof and other infrastructure is sturdy enough to handle any physical or electrical loads that the new equipment may bring into your property.

Very importantly, the organisations on the Panel we would use are suitably accredited by the major compliance bodies such as REA (Renewable Energy Assurance); MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) and NAPIT (National Association for Professional Inspectors and Testers) and several more.

This means that you can rest assured that the materials, installation workmanship, service and warranties are within the parameters laid down by such bodies for your peace of mind.

Because of such accreditations, we are able to deal with your enquiry whether you are a Residential, Commercial, Agricultural or State Customer.

We ensure a smooth transition from your initial enquiry to the full commissioning of your system.

You should be aware that it is not simply a matter of installing a system; there are a number of ‘official’ and administrative matters that need to be dealt with in order to make sure that you receive the full payments available through any government or private Company initiatives which are available at the time.

Unless all of this is completed efficiently, you may not get the full returns on your investment.

In addition to that service, in the unlikely event of the malfunction of any of the installed equipment, we will assist you through the process of any warranty claims.

With Eco Energy Consultants, you are in safe, reliable and professional hands
